Finnfluent Education is an emerging EdTech initiative dedicated to building financial literacy and life skills among students aged 10–17. At present, our focus is on delivering structured, NEP 2020-aligned curriculum through a blend of:
Our mission is not profit-driven, but reformative — ensuring no student grows up financially unaware or unprepared.
While Finnfluent currently operates as a content- and curriculum-focused initiative, our long-term vision is to evolve into a scalable digital platform that makes financial literacy accessible to every student in India and beyond.
By positioning financial literacy as a non-negotiable life skill, Finnfluent is shaping the next generation of financially confident, responsible, and future-ready citizens.
I am Navya M.N., Founder and Director of Finnfluent Education and the author of Money Basics for Students and Money in Action. My journey has been a blend of corporate experience and academic counselling, which allows me to bring both practical and human perspectives to my work with students.
I hold qualifications in Commerce (B. Com), Education (B.Ed., NTT), and Management (MBA). Early in my career, I worked with Ocwen Financial and Ansio, where I gained exposure to real-world finance and management systems. Over the years, I transitioned into education, where I discovered my passion for guiding young minds.
Through Finnfluent Education, I’ve designed NEP 2020-aligned life skills programs that equip students (ages 10–17) with money management skills and confidence for real life. My work has been recognised globally, with one of my campaigns featured in Times Square, New York.
I believe counselling is not just about academics, but about transforming how young people see themselves. My goal is to help students build clarity, resilience, and decision-making skills so they grow into financially responsible and future-ready individuals.

Beyond financial literacy, my vision extends to holistic student development. I’ve developed counselling systems like The Bodhi Room for high school students, focusing on self-awareness, exploration, skill-building, and accountability.
I also design Academic and study approaches and career guidance frameworks, helping students identify their strengths, interests, and learning styles. By combining these tools with personalised mentoring, I ensure that even academically weak or disinterested students feel motivated and supported.
What makes my approach unique is my emphasis on habits and mindsets. Whether it is through role-play activities, interactive sessions, or NLP-inspired techniques, I help students rewire how they think about money, studies, and life challenges. Parents and teachers often share that these programs do more than just “teach”—they transform how students approach their future.
As a counsellor, I see my role as a partner in growth. Every student I work with is not just preparing for exams or careers, but for life itself. And if I can spark even one moment of clarity that changes the direction of a child’s life, I consider that the biggest achievement of my journey.
